Stay Motivated Everyday - Preparation is KEY
"By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." - Benjamin Franklin
Don’t expect to be
motivated just as you wake up if you don’t prepared yourself the day before.
Follow a simple routine of preparing for tomorrow TODAY!
Remember preparing
consists of knowing what you want off your day, not what you have to do just for the sake of it.
5 Ways To Stay Motivated Everyday
PREPARATION IS KEY
1. Prepare your mind
"Chance favors the prepared mind." - Louis Pasteur
Tip for Motivation: Review your goals (long therm and short therm), ponder on decisions, looking for any form of inspiration for tomorrow’s day (this means music, books, videos, being with driven people, whatever form you can use to empower you towards your goals). Envision how your day is going to look like. Picture it in your head. Don't forget mind and body are connected so...

2. Prepare your body
"Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul." - Dorothy Day
"Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul." - Dorothy Day
Tip for Motivation: This
is extremely underrated! Don’t go to bed with a fool stomach, I know this could
sound incredibly stupid to some, but not only, eating late at night will
increase your chances of gaining weight, but also, it will make you sleep much
more deeper, and that means waking up angry feeling tired and nowhere near the energy level you supposed to have in order to start fresh the day.
Make that last meal a nutritious and sufficient portion one, don't eat or drink junk.
3. Prepare your tasks for tomorrow but don't be a schedule freak!
"You need to prioritize. If you can't get to everything or do everything, that's okay." - Julien Chen
"You need to prioritize. If you can't get to everything or do everything, that's okay." - Julien Chen
Tip for Motivation:You need to be prepared for your daily tasks the day after, but that doesn't mean you have to be a schedule freak! Don’t overwhelm yourself with an excessive “to do list” that only “super humans” will be able to accomplish. Instead, focus on goals, can your goals be accomplished in one day? Most certainly the majority not, but that doesn't mean you can discard them, by the contrary you should take them all into consideration by working in small tasks but in a balanced way, it's a must that you...
4 Don't view tasks as tasks but as categories/priorities
"The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities." - Stephen Covey
Tip for Motivation: Some tasks you have in your daily routine revolve around the same major category in your life. For instance most people only worried about their work all day, so they forget some tasks they have in their day related with other categories (financial, family, health, social, etc). Some neglect work and think about what their doing after work so their never focused in what they're doing.

In the preparation phase of your day you should address this, not by making a task list, but by defining in your head (you can write of course) what are you're priorities for that specific day and use a balanced approach where you plan things to achieve in each category you find deserving your attention.
5. Set the alarm clock
"Work is a necessity for man. Man invented the alarm clock." - Pablo Picasso
"Work is a necessity for man. Man invented the alarm clock." - Pablo Picasso
Tip for Motivation: Everyone of us does, but what we mean by this is that you have to set your alarm clock to an hour that gives you plenty of
time to do your morning routine. Not half an hour after you go out to work please..In the future we're going to address this.
The time it’s not crucial it could be at 6,8 or 10 AM, whatever – it depends on who you are and what you do.
Be GREAT!
