For instances if your first morning activity is going to the gym and you have this traffic problem going into work, maybe it’s a good idea if you look for a gym near work, and ad all together. Do your morning activities outside of your house all at the same place.

Don't forget that in the priorities you've established family it's one of them. Be creative about it, do the morning activities with your mate and kid, or go to school first and then gym or walking, gym or walk first kid latter, come on! You are resourceful you can manage anything if you want to!

Tip for Motivation: Whatever your second activity is don't just be a time freak about it, also, use your time wisely if your driving: put on some motivational cd or music. If you have company have a productive conversation with your peers, you can laugh of course and be funny, but keep your motivational flame alive.
