Our take: You think success in life it's some sort of inaccessible thing, that what gets you to succeed it's some sort of magic thing? Sorry, but you are wrong, because it's in the simply things in life that all the power is. Things you need to do are very simple, like running and reading, but you have not only to do those things, but also, to continue to do them regardless, like you'll see in Will's explanation:
Running
"When you're running, there's a little person that talks to you and says: "Oh I'm tired. My lung's about to pop. I'm so hurt. There's no way I can possibly continue!" You want to quit..."
"If you learn how to defeat that person when you're running. You will know how to not quit when things get hard in your life."

When things are hard you are able to endure and overcome, any problem that you may face in life. It's indispensable in order to succeed to know how to rebound from difficult situations, how to act when you're are tired not feeling like doing the things you should be doing. Persist, resist, push harder, remember your goals let them be the fire that is inside of you, a fire that will make you do things when things are not doable in others opinion.

Some people spent years without any guidelines, they face problems and remain years without solving them, because they neglect the reading part.
